Service Overview
The Porter Service is provided to assist travellers with baggage handling within the airport. Porters will help transport luggage to or from designated areas, such as check-in counters, security checkpoints, or arrival zones. Porters will not carry any bags through security check points or customs areas.Non-Refundable Service
In the event that the Porter Service is unavailable for any reason, including operational disruptions, staff shortages, or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing this service, you accept this condition.Bag Handling Charges
A charge applies for each bag handled by the Porter Service. All charges are clearly outlined at the time of booking or service request and must be paid in full before the service is provided.Weight Limitations
For safety reasons, no individual bag may exceed 32 kilograms (70 pounds). Bags exceeding this weight limit will not be handled by the Porter Service, and no refunds or adjustments will be provided.Service Limitations
The Porter Service is limited to baggage handling assistance only. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure compliance with airline and airport baggage regulations, including size, weight, and content restrictions. All customs procedures will be carried out by the traveller.Liability Disclaimer
While every effort is made to handle your luggage with care, the Porter Service and its operators accept no liability for damage to or loss of baggage once it is handed over to the airline staff, airport authorities, or other third parties.Eligibility for Use
The service is non-transferable and valid only for the traveller(s) and date(s) specified at the time of booking. Travellers must provide accurate information to facilitate service delivery.
